Criminal Defense / Traffic Tickets / Expungements
Our firm will help to protect your legal rights after a DWI/DUI, traffic tickets, drug possession charge, or any other incident that may affect your liberty.
When your freedom is on the line it is imperative that you have someone that knows your rights and acts diligently to defend them. Our firm will advocate on your behalf to help you maintain the rights and freedoms given those accused of a crime in the American Legal System.
If you are a Louisiana driver or in possession of a CDL and have been pulled over for a DUI/DWI then you need someone who is going to quickly work on your behalf to make sure your driving privileges are not revoked. Our firm is committed to helping you maintain those privileges and protecting you from the harsh punishments allowed by Louisiana Law.
There also may be charges on your record that may be hindering you in getting a better job or other ways. If so, we can discuss having the charges expunged where appropriate. In that way you can recover from any youthful indiscretion or mistakes you may have made in the past.
Whenever you are facing a serious accusation you need a serious lawyer. We want to be that lawyer for you. Call us today at 504-722-0278 or fill out the Contact Form to discuss how we can help to defend you.
